San Francisco, Financial DistrictThis position is with an agency that is continually working on protecting our earth's sacred resources. This position will give you a chance to work in an industry you are passionate about while bringing about meaningful changes to not only our environment, but national policy. Responsible for providing technical support for office employees (800+ users, on-site and remote), providing both phone and deskside support. Although you will be working on-site with the client, you will be STI's W2 employee, receiving PTO, medical benefits for you , 401K and all Federal Holidays paid. $25-$29 an hour. 100% onsite work.

  • Setup of the environments, loading of services from the Microsoft family of products and configuration of these services to ensure that they are functioning correctly on the servers prior to deployment.
  • Willing and able to pass an in-depth Federal background check
  • 3+ years of PC Support Role Experience with large scale rollout/deployment,
  • Utilizing Microsoft Deployment Tools Windows 7 experience Office 2013, Office 365, SharePoint Notes 8.5 Mail Client Experience
  • ServiceNow Experience with phone dispatch (entering tickets, remote support, ticket escalation)
