Staff Tech is seeking to fill the position of Helpdesk for our Client in Sacramento, CA.Our Help Desk staff provides desktop support to about 475 employees at the Client’s office. We utilize a ticketing system, are responsible for deployment and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting support of Windows OS, networking to the desktop, general help with applications, and training opportunities with the employees. The technician will assist with Help Desk, Hardware/Software Installations, interact with customers, understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot their technical problems, and various other technical special projects as assigned. Ideal candidate will be junior with 1-3 years of experience, and thirsty to learn more. The contract duration will be 6 months extendible depending on the performance and business needs.
