We are seeking an

Administrative Assistant to support the Retail Ops leaders and their teams in a position within one of the world's largest technology companies that specializes in consumer electronics, software, and online services, headquartered in Cupertino, CA

Location: Cupertino, CA

Job Type: On-Site

Contract: 6-months (ability to extend or convert to perm.)

Compensation: $30 - $35/hr.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Retail Ops leaders and their teams. As a successful candidate, you will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style. You are a well-organized individual, able to optimally multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative. This role is based in SCV/Bay Area.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years' experience in a large team environment.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and have strong time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Displays a positive and approachable personality.
  • The ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is essential.
  • Knowledge of meeting protocol, experience and business etiquette
  • Event management and planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work on projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Apple products and programs such as iCal and Keynote (or MS equivalents).
  • DESCRIPTION
  • Provide support to the Retail Ops team and staff.
  • Manage calendar, showing flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based to last-minute changes
  • Independent management of Retail Ops day-to-day team operations including facilities, supplies, and equipment orders.
  • Organize and support meetings, teleconferences, team off-sites and events
  • Collaborate with local, international and WW teams
  • Work closely with the Retail Ops Admin team
  • Handle conference rooms and maintain office/common areas
  • Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • This admin will also provide back up support to the other team admin on Retail Ops when needed.
  • EDUCATION
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred but not essential.
