Job Summary: This position is Sr Business Systems Analyst to support D365 system maintenance and future D365 system enhancement. Role and Responsibilities:- System Maintenance and Support of Dynamics 365 Sales App
Work on solution enhancements and configuration changes as needed. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related data integration with SAP. Keep the DEV, TEST, and PROD environment in sync with the configuration. Facilitate training for sales users and sales admins. - System Maintenance and Support of Dynamics 365 Marketing App
Work on solution enhancements and configuration changes as needed. Address any issues related to Customer Journey / Marketing Campaign. End user training.- Power BI Training and Support.
Facilitate Power BI training for sales users and sales admins. Design and built KPIs and Analytics using Power BI. Build database schema for reporting as needed.Rollout Office 365 for the remaining users and new hires. Facilitate mailbox migration to cloud. Troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 apps.- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Attributes and Education:- BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10-year experience by supporting business application system.
- Knowledge of any LOGISTICS modules in SAP
- Knowledge of Office 365 products
- Ability to leading IT application implementation project
