This position is integrated in with permanent staff for standard desktop support duties; however, will be primarily focused on converting 1,600 people from .gov to .net (part of a 2–3-person team dedicated to this effort) as well as equipment refresh activities.
- Demonstrated ability at enterprise level to: Install, configure and deploy Windows 10 professional desktop and laptop PCs.
- Install and troubleshoot software and PC peripherals such as webcams, printers, scanners, etc. Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016 and newer versions; MS 365 a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM to image PCs and deploy software
- Familiarity with Active Directory and ability to update account settings and add users to groups. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills, planning & record keeping and Microsoft Excel experience.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software and application problems for networked and stand-alone computer systems and networked resources
- Second Level Help Desk experience
