10542 – Supervisor. IT Finance and Audit

Salary Range - $89,190 to $127,534

Job Summary:Candidate will supervise financial and audit support for Hyundai Capital America (HCA). This role will require in-depth knowledge of captive finance in the automotive sector and understanding of audit functions and control. Candidate will perform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes. Candidate will also manage and optimize our auditing activities with familiarity of KSOX. Your duty will be ensuring our company's financial operations and controls are accurate and fully compatible with standards and regulations in this sphere. A successful candidate must be a good analyst with a critical approach and good knowledge of auditing processes. Good expertise in risk management and compliance are required as well as high reliability and strong organizational skills. This role has direct supervisory responsibility for the asset management team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise asset management team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
  • Understanding key business drivers.
  • Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
  • Developing financial projections and building financial models.
  • Performing research and analysis as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Planning and reviewing the auditing activities
  • Analyze risks and develop measures to reduce them
  • Manage the auditor team allocating responsibilities and reviewing the team's performance
  • Ensuring the timely completion of audits
  • Managing periodical audits

Required Skills, Attributes & Education:
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Min 2 years of experience in a Supervisor role
  • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Working knowledge of financial strategies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems
