Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous AAA dispatch required.

Knowledge of streets, cross-streets, highway exits and directions.

Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service.

Dispatch calls.

Follow up calls.

Answer phone calls.

Office duties.

Maintain organized and clean workspace.
