ABA Mid Level Supervisor/ Case Manager

Job Offer: Mid-Level ABA Supervisor

I am looking for a champion to work side by side with me. We will be starting a small company dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care with a maximum of 20 clients at any given time. As the only Mid-Level ABA Supervisor, you will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions and supervise a dedicated team.

Job Description

Position: Mid-Level ABA Supervisor

Location: Remote/On-site (as required)

Client Base: No more than 20 clients at any time

Team Supervision: Supervise 5-10 Behavioral Therapists

Pay: $35 billed hours

Responsibilities

Supervising and mentoring a team of 5-10 Behavioral Therapists who work with our clients.

Writing and reviewing progress reports to track client development and ensure the highest standard of care.

Providing parent training to empower families and support the therapeutic process.

Offering general support for each case, ensuring that each client receives tailored, effective treatment plans.

Qualifications (must be currently enrolled in a Master's Program and within one year away to sit for the BCBA exam)

Previous experience as an ABA Supervisor, particularly in environments where autonomy and decision-making are required.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to write detailed, accurate progress reports and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
