What You Do:

As a Small Group Account Manager/Client Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for:

 Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering personalized and professional support.

 Managing email and phone communications with precision and professionalism.

 Navigating carrier websites, updating client documents, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks.

 Delegating to your Service Assistants and Analyst in daily tasks such as market benchmarking, creating polished presentations, and ensuring seamless coordination.

 Informally translating from English to Spanish when needed is a plus.

 Handling multiple priorities with grace, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.

 Interact with clients daily, solving problems, renewing policies, and making clients smile.

What You Bring:

 Proficiency in Ease, Employee Navigator, Excel, Word, PDF Editor, Prezi (novice acceptable), and Canva (novice acceptable).

 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

 A meticulous eye for detail and zero tolerance for grammatical errors.

 Familiarity with Google email and Google Calendar.

 A client-focused approach with previous experience in Employee Benefits Account Management.

 Spanish language skills (verbal and written required).

 A Health and Life Insurance license (required).
