Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and recommendations.

- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

- Assist with audits and tax preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related transactions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

Accounting along with billing records and transactions,

Review and close the monthly financials,

Provide customer service and support for existing customers and accounts, along with the project teams,

Order processing, expediting all open orders, ensuring on-time delivery,

Review Daily, Weekly, Monthly Open PO, and Open Invoice report,

Monitor and document ordering and delivery of hardware and software

Respond to issues as they arise, recommend required actions to resolve issues

File paperwork, Customer Documents, Manage Office Supplies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
