Accounting Assistant

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounting Assistant on contract and contract to hire basis . This role provides an exciting opportunity for career growth and skill development.Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of records.

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.

Collaborate with team members to support overall financial goals.

Handle routine inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
