Accounting Assistant

Description Robert Half is currently looking for a dedicated and organized Accounting Assistant to join a reputable firm in Pasadena. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in the Accounting field with a company that enables all areas of accounting.Responsibilities:

Assistance in managing daily finance transactions.

Maintenance of records for accounts payable and receivable.

Assist with General Ledger entries.

Assisting with month-end closing procedures.

Assist with annual audits.

Requirements

2+ years in an accounting role.

Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and basic knowledge of Accounting software.
