Accounting Clerk

Description We're currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a client, offering a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity with the flexibility of a hybrid or onsite work arrangement. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Maintain accurate financial records and data entry

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports

Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
