Position Overview:

The Accounting Clerk will support the accounting department by managing accounts receivable (AR), processing invoices, and utilizing QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AR processes and a proven ability to work efficiently with QuickBooks software.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close processes.

Prepare reports related to AR and billing.

Process payments and ensure timely collections.

Assist with general ledger postings and other accounting functions as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.

Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, journal entries, and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Proficient in QuickBooks (desktop or online) and MS Excel.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
