Wants someone that can manage the Management Entity Accounting initially and then scale into managing the relationship with the Fund Administrator to oversee Fund Accounting and all aspects of Accounting. Complex multi-entity structure, needs someone sharp, analytical and proactive. CFO is currently fundraising and confident they will bring in additional funding coming up. Needs to be someone proactive and hands on that wants to grow. Oversight of Management Entity Accounting for the Firm, supporting full scope accounting and allocations.

Support Fund Administrator with reviewing the fund accounting and the day to day work they are supporting.

Handle the audit and working with auditor on questions that arise.

Support Tax functions and work with 3rd party providers with questions.

Special projects such as new system implementations and automation projects.

qualifications:Qualifications:

BS in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA a plus.

5-8+ years of Fund and Management entity accounting

Experience within the Venture Capital or Private Equity function
