Accounting Manager Wanted

We are a small family owned tax and bookkeeping firm looking to add a seasoned bookkeeper / accountant to our team.

Ideal candidate must have the following;

Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)

QuickBooks Online certification

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail

Great attitude

Professional

Customer Service Focused

Demonstrate strong understanding of basic financial reports

Looking for someone who is able to act as 'air traffic control' and wear many hats, ensuring good client communication, onboarding new clients, meeting with existing clients, delegate work when necessary to team, review work and provide feedback. May also need to step in and take care of client reconciliations. Must have dedicated workspace to remotley meet with staff and clients. Must have reliable transportation and be able to make weekly team meetings. Must pass background check. THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE (with exception of weekly team meeting)

This is a full time position. Open PTO policy after 90 day probationary period in addition to 14 set paid holidays per year. Health, Vision, Dental & 401k offered.
