Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Supervisor for a construction company located in San Jose, California. The role involves managing financial operations, supervising accounting procedures, and conducting cost analysis. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and success of our operations.Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to maintain good standing. Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Review and support the completion of month-end closes. Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of budgeting, forecasts, and cost analysis. Produce comprehensive reports, analysis, and presentations for management purposes.
