job detailsWe are working with a well established client in Sun Valley, eager to hire an Accounting Clerk with intermediate Excel skills. The primary duties include cash applications and general ledger coding. The role also requires exporting data from a couple of internal systems and creating Excel reporting for billing purposes.salary: $22 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities

Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment

Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry

Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation

Generate purchase orders when necessary

Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.

Issues stop-payments or purchase order amendments.

Review and assess existing asset inventories to evaluate data quality, accuracy and completeness and provide recommendations for improvement

Skills

Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)

Excel (3 years of experience is required)

Cash Applications (1 year of experience is required)
