Accounting/Administrative Clerk

Job Title: Accounting/Accts Payable/HR/DMV clerk

Company Description: Sky River RV is the leading RV dealership on the Central Coast with four locations. We provide high-quality recreational vehicles sales and service with exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to join our corporate office team.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process and pay vendor invoices. Reconcile monthly statements.

HR Assistant; Employee onboarding. Review/correct timecards. Calculate commissions. Process semi-monthly payroll.

Check-in new inventory.

Process DMV for sold units.

Reconcile daily service cash transactions.

Qualifications:

Proven office experience, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry.

Proficient in accounting software, payroll software, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
