Duties include but not limited to:
- Bookkeeping for small businesses using QuickBooks Desktop
- Prepare tax returns using Lacerte – individuals, C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, LLC, Nonprofit
- Prepare payroll & sales tax return
Desired Qualifications:
- CPA or EA preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience resolving tax notices from IRS and FTB
- Can Work independently
- Must have an experience with Lacerte
- Must have an experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and reliability is a must
