We are a company seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Administrator, o join our Commercial Painting Team.

Candidate Requirements & Knowledge:

- 2 years hands on experience preferable in a dynamic, demanding corporate environment.

- Accounting and administrative compliance experience is definitely a plus.

- Previous experience working with ADP or other Payroll systems.

- Experience with all Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Drake, Sage Construction.

- Understanding accounting concepts and general ledger accounts

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience in Epicor ERP or other system ideal but not required

- Bilingual – English and Spanish

- Reviewing, matching and posting invoices to GL

- Processing payments by check or EFT to vendors weekly

- Researching and resolving issues

- Communicate with receiving and purchasing to ensure timely invoice posting

- Review vendor statements

- Assisting Operations / HR with Payroll for over 100 employees

- Daily administration of payments received by the company and recording them in the accounting system.

- Follow up with client pending payments and maintain a healthy aging of accounts receivable schedule through the month. - Maintain a healthy relationship with clients.

- Provide administrative and accounting support to the controller and accounting team.

- Responds to and provides all required supporting documentation for audit requests, including accounting and administrative procedures.

- Setup construction estimates and cost codes in accounting software, as well as processing change orders upon request.

- Maintains compliance tracking of information and compliance/non-compliance reporting, reporting to accounting and project teams weekly.

- Billing and invoicing procedures in the accounting system as well as submitting them to client portals.

- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
