Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Our partner within the medical industry is keen to appoint an efficient AP Clerk to handle tasks related to the accounts payable function. Your role is crucial in processing and paying invoices accurately and in a timely manner, managing expense reports, and maintaining contact with vendors.Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile invoices received for payment.

Prepare, review, and issue supplier cheques and other payments.

Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies.

Assist in month-end reporting procedures.

Monitor vendor statements and maintain financial records.

Requirements

Proven working experience as an AP Clerk.

Solid understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.

Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency with MS Office and data entry.
