Accounts Payable Specialist

Description The current AP contractor who is located in the Philippines is leaving on 8/31 so if we can have someone in to start the training early next week that would be great! We don't have a large amount of AP every week. The average weekly vendor payment is around $300 - $400K. Must have: We are looking for someone who is able to process vendor invoices through Tilpalti or Bill.com, and has experience in using Intacc or NetSuite. Nice to have: If the candidates have experiences in creating Prepaid amortization schedules and/or month end vendor accrual that would be helpful.
