Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team based in Glendale, California, and contribute to our service industry operations. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes, from reviewing purchase orders and invoices to preparing payments for vendors. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders to ensure compliance with our company policies Conduct 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy Process invoices efficiently, ensuring correct approval, coding, and matching with purchases and receipts Prepare and process payments for vendors in line with our financial policies and procedures Use accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy Utilize your skills in Accounts Payable (AP), 3 Way Matching, and Purchase Orders to enhance the efficiency of our operationsRequirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field Proficiency in QuickBooks software Knowledge and understanding of 3 Way Matching process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
