Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to be a part of our team. The opportunity is based in Huntington Beach, California, and offers an employment opportunity. The role primarily involves managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, and handling any discrepancies within the ERP system. Responsibilities: Efficiently process credit applications from customers Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credits Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required Retrieve invoices for processing and enter them into the ERP system Perform 3-way matching to ensure accuracy of invoices Process invoices for payments and research any discrepancies that arise Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as Concur for efficient operations Perform account coding to categorize financial transactions correctly Handle full cycle accounts payable duties ensuring all financial deadlines are met.Requirements Experience with Accounting Software Systems Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role is advantageous.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
