Contact Jackie Meza at 209.227.6563 today! Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. Maintain precise customer credit records. Resolve all customer inquiries promptly. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Manage accounts payable, including check runs and invoice coding. Enter data accurately into the company's database. Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and manage data. Oversee the process of invoice processing to ensure timely payments.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Contracts or a similar role in the manufacturing industry Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP) Experience with check runs and coding invoices Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with invoice processing and ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to use it for various accounting tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication skills to effectively interact with various departments and external suppliers A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field would be advantageous.
