Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Analyst in the cleaning industry. The position is located in Oceanside, California, 92056, United States. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be expected to manage crucial account information, carry out extensive data analysis, and ensure data accuracy across various platforms. Responsibilities: Utilize accounting software systems and CRM to process customer credit applications efficiently. Maintain and update accurate records of customer credit data. Use ERP Solutions and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for customer account monitoring and management. Perform Billing Functions and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and xlookup. Conduct thorough analysis of data imported or exported into NetSuite. Perform data entry tasks and ensure data correctness in NetSuite. Regularly review and update cash activity. Conduct true to false match checks on data. Understand and navigate various tabs in NetSuite to ensure optimal data management. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for efficient data handling and processing. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is expected for effective client management. Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial for managing business processes. Knowledge of ERP Solutions is important for streamlining and integrating operational processes. Understanding of full-cycle Accounting Functions is necessary for maintaining financial records. Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential for controlling outstanding balances. Experience with Billing Functions is required for accurate invoice generation and follow-up. Ability to oversee Cash Activity is important for maintaining accurate cash flow records. Proficiency in using VLOOKUP function in Excel is necessary for data analysis and manipulation. Knowledge of xlookup function in Excel is required for advanced data searching and referencing.
