Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist

Process and send out accurate project billing and invoices promptly.

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure timely collection.

Perform account reconciliation and resolve client billing issues.

Maintain updated billing systems and customer files.

Collaborate with the accounting team to manage revenue and expenditure.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle client inquiries regarding account status and billing.

Requirements

An associate's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Billing role, ideally in the construction industry.

Knowledge of accounting software and expertise in MS Office Suite.

Exceptional problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
