Accounts Receivable Clerk

Process and manage accounts receivable transactions with impeccable accuracy.

Generate and send out invoices to clients, ensuring timely and correct billing.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.

Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately recorded.

Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable status.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
