Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Pittsburg, California. You will be tasked with responsibilities that involve the processing of customer payments and posting cash to specific accounts.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and process customer payments Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of customer records Handle cash applications and collections in a timely manner Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when required Collaborate with team members to streamline the billing process Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision Learn quickly to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.Requirements Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) Demonstrable experience in Billing procedures Familiarity with Cash Applications Experience in Cash Collections Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent Customer Service skills Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
