Description We are working with a construction company in El Cajon on a Project Accounts Receivable Administrator Opportunity This company is extremely employee centric, covers 100% of employee's premium benefits and is a looking to grow their team! The role primarily involves overseeing the billing process for construction projects, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: Oversee the billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to verify billing information and resolve discrepancies. Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Implement and maintain effective billing procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies. Develop and document detailed procedures and protocols for all accounts receivable functions, including billing and compliance processes. Address and resolve any billing issues or disputes with clients in a professional manner. Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing and insurance compliance regulations to ensure best practices are followed. Assist in the preparation of audits related to accounts receivable, insurance, and compliance requirements. Develop and implement strategies to improve billing efficiency and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, and Commercial Collections Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
