Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager in OCEANSIDE, California. The role primarily involves supervising a team in the cleaning industry, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer applications. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Experience Leads team, providing support and feedback where necessary. Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of pro-rated customer billing amounts and vendor payable amounts. Manage and track the workload of the team, ensuring that departmental goals are met. Oversee the use of the established ticketing system for handling all requests and reporting issues. Conduct regular audits of team work to guarantee accuracy and promptness of changes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on a daily basis for smooth operations. Handle and resolve any inquiries and escalations in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to fill any gaps in knowledge and improve overall performance. Constantly assess and enhance processes for increased efficiency. Work on special projects as required, including the development and recommendation of departmental policies and procedures. Requirements Knowledge of NetSuite software is required Proficiency in Accounting Functions is required Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) activities is mandatory Familiarity with Auditing processes is beneficial Ability to manage Billing Functions effectively Experience in handling Work Orders is necessary Exceptional organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is desirable Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
