Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant & Secretarial role in Pleasanton, California. Our industry focus is on property management and we require someone with skills in Yardi Property Management. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our administrative operations and supporting our team in a secretarial capacity.Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of our office. Using Yardi Property Management software for effective property management. Processing and managing customer applications with accuracy and diligence. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer records. Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. Providing secretarial support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and other tasks as required. Collaborating with the team to improve administrative systems and processes. Assisting in the preparation of regular reports on customer accounts and activities.
