Seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience to work with boutique Law Firm in Agoura Hills.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm



Assisting with court filings

Maintaining calendars

Interacting with clients

Entering attorney time into billing system

Preparing documents in final format

Managing firm file storage system

Administering security and telephone system codes and settings

Creating and opening new firm matters

Maintaining legal library and catalog of all publication in firm

Maintaining all CLE matters for attorneys

Arranging travel and handling other office duties as necessary


2+ years of administration or office support experience

Experience editing documents, Outlook calendaring, answering phones, responding to emails and setting up zoom calls

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
