Description Our client, a non-profit organization is dedicated to providing healthcare services and committed to making a positive impact in our community and beyond. As their organization grows, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team and support their mission.The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to our non-profit’s mission. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and supporting our various programs and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.

Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and other activities.

Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.

Support the preparation and dissemination of materials for board meetings, staff meetings, and other organizational events.

Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining budget records.

Provide support for fundraising efforts, including donor communication and record-keeping.

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the organization.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit organization.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Experience with non-profit administration, including familiarity with fundraising and donor management, is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
