Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant who is motivated, organized, and has a keen eye for detail to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks including answering phone calls, organizing office files, scheduling meetings, and offering support to our team of professionals. Ideal candidates will be comfortable multitasking, skilled in office management systems, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.

Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors.

Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, and reports.

Assist with the coordination of office activities and operations.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Coordinate travel arrangements for the team.

Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

Ensure that the office is kept in a tidy and presentable state.

Provide general support to visitors and clients.

Manage daily inbound and outbound mail.

Requirements

High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Good problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.

Attention to detail.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
