Description We are in need of a meticulous and coordinated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry located in San Francisco, California. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be integral in managing expense reports, addressing customer needs, and ensuring efficient data management. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer credit records regularly. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary. Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail. Conduct email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring smooth business operations. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform tasks effectively. Manage and clean up expense reports using Concur.
