Position: Administrative Assistant

Experience Level: 0–2 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

Answer and route phone calls and emails

Support scheduling of service appointments and field teams

Maintain records and assist with general office tasks

Communicate with customers and internal staff

Help keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Positive, professional attitude

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
