Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to support our tax and accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional office setting, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable communicating with clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone and via email
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Prepare and organize client documents, engagement letters and files
Manage incoming and outgoing mail including secure document handling
Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain office supplies
Support CPA, tax preparer, and other Administrative assistant during tax season
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of administrative or office assistanct experience ( experience in a CPA firm or financial office is a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google email, comfortable learning Accounting and tax software (Quickbooks Online/Lacerte Tax software)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native English speaker) as well organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ablility to handle sensitive information confidentially
Reliable, professional, and able to work well in small office environment
Schedule and Compensation:
Seasonal February 1st to April 30
Full Time/ On site
Competitive hourly pay DOE
