We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Administrative Support Specialist to assist our accounting team. In this role, you’ll onboard and support clients, manage client engagement and disengagement processes, coordinate tax return drop-off and pickup appointments, and schedule meetings for staff.
You’ll also handle document scanning, printing, and processing, as well as answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. Strong communication skills, organization, and a professional demeanor are key to success in this role.
Qualifications include previous administrative or customer service experience. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe is preferred.
