Description As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our non-profit organization. From managing administrative tasks to coordinating special projects and events, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and fundraising activities, including venue selection, catering, and attendee management.

Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

Assist with donor relations and stewardship activities, including gift processing and acknowledgments.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks and projects.

Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.

2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit or similar setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
