We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, have excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are a small accounting office located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries professionally and courteously.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence as needed.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, managing calendars and meeting logistics to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Create, update, and maintain office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience using QuickBooks

Previous experience in office administration or a related field.

Strong understanding of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
