Description We are currently searching for an organized, attentive Administrative Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supporting our team by managing schedules, handling communications, and liaising with other departments. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for efficient processes, and a knack for project management, this may be the perfect role for you!Job Responsibilities:

Answer questions and offer general assistance related to benefits, services, membership enrollment, programs, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Coordinate all enrollments and updates for membership benefits and service programs, ensuring members fully understand their options to make informed decisions.

Advise members on eligibility for various benefits and service programs, delivering high-quality customer service related to program design and plan options.

Organize and maintain internal and external records and documents, including collecting and processing enrollment change forms for membership benefits and service programs.

Foster strong working relationships with brokers, insurance carriers, service providers, and other departments to resolve issues and provide assistance in resolving complaints or administrative concerns.

Develop and implement effective communication strategies for sharing information about benefits and services; create brochures, materials, and other publications as needed.

Communicate detailed information through various channels, ensuring clarity and accessibility for members and staff.

Conduct research, collect, and analyze statistical data; prepare reports, surveys, and other necessary documentation related to benefits, services, and membership programs.

Perform complex technical and administrative tasks related to membership benefits, service programs, enrollment, and related services.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or critical information, records, and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy for data and information processing.
