• Collaborate with divisional marketing teams and Product Owners to understand Vanguard business needs and technical requirements around Testing ad Experimentation platforms (e.g. A/B testing, multi-variate testing, etc.)
• Help improve Vanguard's experimentation platform, including experiment bucketing, event logging, our offline data processes, and web UI for data visualization
• Participate in developing innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Collaborate with team members to dig into issues with experiment setup and data collection
• Work closely with Experimentation Product Owner to support agile development and delivery of Enterprise Experimentation initiatives across Vanguard marketing divisions
• Support the configuration and rollout of Adobe Target as the preferred testing and optimization platform across all Vanguard marketing divisions
• Perform unit and integration testing and facilitate troubleshooting as required
• Develop and support distributed and scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications and services with hands-on coding experience in a modern object-oriented language
• Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy
• Support Product and Engineering in agile delivery of Adobe platform initiatives as prioritized on the Enterprise Martech Roadmap

• Adobe Target/Launch developer (strong in vanilla Javascript)
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
• 3+ years experience with Experimentation/Testing or Personalization
• 3+ years experience with AB and Multivariant Testing, Experimentation, and Personalization
• 2+ years of experience developing and delivering Adobe technology solutions (namely Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager)
• 3+ years experience in working with software development methodology
• 2+ years experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Advanced Java SE
• Knowledge of XDM, site data layers, and Adobe People Services
• Experience leveraging Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and Confluence
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and technical problem-solving skills
• Able to take direction and work collaboratively
• Naturally inquisitive, critical thinker, proactive problem-solver and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage and balance multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a tight deadline
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment
