Advertising Analyst II (Contractor)

Description Robert Half is excited to announce a short term 5-month contract with one of our biggest clients: Job Summary: The Senior Programmatic Trader will be a fundamental part of the Beeswax Managed Service team, ensuring that some of our most strategic customers achieve success on our platform by managing their campaign operations and optimizations. As a Senior Programmatic Trader, your day-to-day responsibilities will include campaign setup, creative trafficking, troubleshooting, analyzing reporting, and addressing some of our clients’ most complex questions. You will also assist the Account Management team by communicating and documenting best practices used by our team and contributing to both external and internal documentation.Core Responsibilities:

Become a product and domain expert in programmatic buying on the Beeswax platform

Operate and optimize your book of campaigns to achieve stated goals

Devise data-driven tactics, strategies, and frameworks for optimization for new campaigns

Work with Account Management and Sales to develop achievable campaign goals

Provide ongoing feedback to our Product and Account Management teams to improve our offerings of scalable solutions

Provide training and education for both internal and external teams on process, platform, and optimization best practices

Analyze, understand, create, define, document, and iterate on Programmatic Trading processes and/or tools

Communicate directly with clients as needed to support Account Management and Sales teams

Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with at least 4-6 years working in Digital Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading, or a related position, at either of the following: SSP, DSP, Agency Trade Desk, Ad Network, Publisher

Experience with SQL

An eagerness for career progression in AdTech

Willingness to challenge the status quo and provide ideas for continuous process and product improvement

Understanding of programmatic standards and specifications (i.e., VAST, OpenRTB)

Ability to collaborate regularly across functions in pursuit of joint goals and objectives

Ability to be adaptable, independent, and manage time effectively

Excellent communication skills, with comfort engaging with varied audiences both in writing and verbally

A strong sense of ownership for problem-solving

An attitude of continuous learning and investment in personal and professional development

A self-starting, proactive, “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done

Skill in building trust with teams and individuals (both local and remote) through effective interpersonal skills and action-oriented execution
