CMM Programmer (Starting at $30/hr, more based on experience) – (TEMP TO HIRE) - Buena Park, CA

— 3+ years of experience programming CMM required

— Program and operate CMM equipment to support aerospace manufacturing inspections

— Perform First Article Inspections and complete DIP reports as required

— Inspect production parts and tooling and support meeting production schedules

— Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures

— Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and participate in continuous improvement

— High school diploma or more preferred

— Experience using inspection equipment and basic layout procedures

— Must pass background check and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

CNC Machinist Operator – 3rd Shift ($25+ hour, more based on experience) – Buena Park, CA

— Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience; CNC programming skills preferred

— Operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and drill/tap machines

— Experience with large mills, legacy/modern controls (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens), or job-shop environments preferred

— Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical instructions

— Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.) to verify quality

— Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments to maintain specifications

— Assist troubleshoot setup issues and maintain setup documentation, tooling lists, and machine logs

— High school diploma or equivalent preferred

— Must pass background check and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

Tool Technician – Aerospace Manufacturing ($20+ hour, more based on experience) – (TEMP TO HIRE) - Buena Park, CA

— Forklift experience required (Safely move and store tooling using forklifts and hoists)

— 3+ years experience in aerospace tooling, manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving

— Computer and ERP system proficiency with strong documentation accuracy

— Receive, label, track, and document tooling (dies, molds, fixtures, shop equipment) in the ERP system

— Inspect tooling for wear, damage, and corrosion before and after use

— Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and corrosion control

— Coordinate repairs with engineering teams or outside vendors

— Maintain accurate data, photos, and condition reports in ERP software

— High school diploma or equivalent required

— Must pass background check and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

QC Inspector ($23–$28 per hour) – 1st (7 am-3:30 pm) & 2nd Shift (3 pm- 11:30 pm) Available- Santa Fe Springs, CA

— 3+ years of experience as a final or receiving inspector in aerospace manufacturing

— Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with customer and company standards

— Conduct AS9102 first article inspections and other detailed inspections per specifications

— Use mechanical and electronic inspection devices, including mylars, optical comparators, thickness gauges, and profilometers

— Apply knowledge of GD&T, aerospace specifications, and quality codes; support Six Sigma initiatives

— Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

— High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or related training preferred

— Certifications in mechanical inspection, CMM inspection, and hardness/EC testing preferred

— Must pass background check and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

CNC Machinist – Lathe Operator ($23+ hour, more based on experience) – 1st (7 am-3:30 pm) & 2nd Shift (3 pm- 11:30 pm) Available- Santa Fe Springs, CA

— 5+ years of CNC setup and operation experience (mills and lathes)

— Experience with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens)

— Operate and set up CNC lathes according to job specifications and engineering drawings

— Install, align, and calibrate tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for optimal machining performance

— Load raw materials and CNC programs; perform dry runs, first-article inspections, and adjustments

— Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish

— Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

— Assist in troubleshooting setup issues and maintain setup documentation, tooling lists, and machine logs

— Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and report equipment issues

— High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

— Familiarity with aerospace materials such as aluminum, titanium, and composites

— Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, work instructions, and basic G-code

— Must pass background check and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

CNC Mill Machinist ($23+ hour, more based on experience) – 1st (7 am-3:30 pm) & 2nd Shift (3 pm- 11:30 pm) Available- Santa Fe Springs, CA

— Minimum 5 years CNC mill experience; 3+ years conventional machining preferred

— Operate 2–5 axis CNC mills and conventional machinery to manufacture aerospace components

— Set up machines, change tools, adjust offsets, and perform trial runs to verify accuracy

— Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and dispatch specifications

— Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials for precise machining

— Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters to maintain tolerances

— Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges)

— High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school or equivalent machining/CNC experience a plus

— Familiarity with aerospace materials such as aluminum, titanium, and composites

— Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki, and Fanuc

— Must pass background check and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
