Affordable Housing Specialist

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join a growing team!About the Role:In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth living experience. You will handle a variety of inquiries, process applications, schedule appointments, and play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.Experience with affordable housing is a plus! We are looking for someone who understands the unique needs and challenges faced by residents in affordable housing communities.Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from residents in a timely and professional manner.

Process applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently.

Schedule maintenance requests and appointments.

Resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and courteously.

Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and communication.

Uphold company policies and procedures.

Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements
