Description:Certified Team Agile CoachWe lights up screens around the world by producing, marketing and distributing a broad range of exceptional entertainment content. A Certified Team Coach® at our works with Scrum and Kanban teams, stakeholders, and management to improve performance and outcomes. They are expected to provide coaching, facilitation, training, mentoring, impediment management, and leadership in support of collaboration, development consistency, and value delivery across one or more teams and departments.

Responsibilities:Guides and coaches multiple Scrum and Kanban Teams on how to use and implement Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to customers / end users.Moves teams to high-performing levels by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.Responsible for ensuring Scrum and Kanban is understood, and the teams adhere to Scrum or Kanban theory, practice, and guidelines.Coaches the teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the team and the broader Program.Works with Agile Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters and Coaches to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum and Kanban within the organization.Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.Facilitates and supports all Scrum and Kanban team events as required.Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Agile coaches and Scrum Masters throughout the Studio

Qualifications:Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach® certification and / or Team Kanban Practitioner certifications desirable.Expertise as an Agile trainer / educator and high level of practical experience with both Scrum and Kanban frameworks. ICP-ACC or ATF certifications desired.5+ years JIRA experience, ideally as an administrator.Ability to influence a wide range of people, including people who are resistant to change and/or apathetic.Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.Deep understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices (waterfall, Six Sigma etc.).Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, vertical slicing and other agile techniques.Planning and problem-solving experience with product management and delivery teams.Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years Scrum Master and Agile Coaching experience.Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and a deep understanding of facilitation techniques. Facilitation certifications desirable but not essential.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.CSM or SAFe certificate.
