Role : Agile Coach Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite) Type: Full Time Role Description Agile Coach, Agile Senior Program Manager will collaborate with IEHP IT Project Management group (IPM). The IPM is Shared Services Program management function to help the business units and the Enterprise achieve the business strategy, transformation, and goals by adopting Agile Role: Agile Coach Mandatory Agile Tool Skills: TDD, DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD/Jenkins, Azure DevOps Technical Skills: Has technology background (Java, SQL, Hadoop, etc. ) Mandatory Skills:

• 15+ Years of relevant IT professional work experience
• Should have been a scrum master for at least 5 years
• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Agile methodologies and tools
• Superior influencing, presentation, and communication skills
• Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach, CSPs. CSTs preferred.
• Prior experience as a scrum master/relevant Agile experience
• Prior management, supervisory or team leader experience

• Responsible for the development and ongoing management of the organization's agile practices for one large program or multiple small programs.
• Observes the team to understand and remove organizational impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as an Agile team
• Coach, mentor, teach, refresh agile scrum practices (roles, process, artifacts) as needed among program teams
• Create training materials relative to specific agile training needs and conduct the training
• Assess individual program needs and implement best agile practices (Iterative + Agile principals, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
• Azure DevOps tool configuration and training for new programs implementing Azure Boards, Dashboards for BA, Dev, QE & UAT team
• Participate in enterprise agile transformation team efforts
• Define and implement processes and best practices in support of Agile, Nielsen NPI Toll Gate and auditory needs (MRC/E&Y)
• Work closely with Agile Enablement team on priorities, lessons learned and overall agile transformation
• Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization C-Level through junior team members
• Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach, CSPs. CSTs preferred.
