Great opportunity for an Agile Coach/Trainer to join a leading manufacturer in San Diego. If you are passionate about teaching, coaching, and rolling out business agility across an organization, then this is the job for you!The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • 5+ years of IT experience or equivalent or 5+ years of Product/Project Management experience
  • •4+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
  • Must have experience coaching and training employees in agile
  • Must have experience focusing on in hardware, as this will be a main component of the position
  • Experience working on projects based on design and development of machinery would be ideal
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure- DEVOPS is a plus.
